Shipping & Returns

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. The final products and shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

 

All sales are final.

However if an error occurred with your purchase -and you need to return there is a re-stocking fee of 10%. We will need a written email in advance of the return and the products must be returned with our confirmation email within 7 days.

In no event will Automotive Exhaust, or its directors, officers, owners and employees, be liable for any claims, demands, damages liabilities, suits, attachments, judgments, losses, penalties, fines, settlements, expenses, including courts costs and reasonable attorneys fees incident thereto; indirect, special, incidental, economic, consequently sold by Automotive Exhaust. Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Automotive Exhaust for all such claims and actions in each case notwithstanding the actual or alleged negligence, provided that Automotive Exhaust liability will be limited to the purchase price of the product.
